Objective

Our goal is to build a user-friendly website which helps potential buyers to find their dream home, showcase company’s services and attract more realtors to join.

Target Audience

- Potential buyers who are looking for new homes.

- Real Estate Investors.

- Realtors who are looking for some changes (brokerage).

Competitor Analysis

Strength: 1. Triplemint's branding colors and their choice of typography make them look fresh and young. Their branding make them feel like can be easily approached. 2. They have good explanation on "Why we’re different". 3. The simpleness of their website make the site easier to read. Their highlight services are clearly stated. 

Weakness: Icons and descriptions are overused. People might not be interested in reading that many text anymore. 2. Some buttons are repetitive.

Our Opportunity: We can use color combination and font to create a fresh, young and professional look. We gonna use graphics with concise wording.

Strength: 1. Bright color grabs users attention. 2. They put "get in touch with us" almost "everywhere", which make user easier to contact them.

Weakness: Pop-up window keep jumping out which interrupt user's browsing experience. 

Our Opportunity: We can put a contact form in every page or a live chat app to encourage users to contact us.
